Younger generation has crypto.
Gen X the lost generation….. we got nothing. I was in a great place and fully ready for this beast system to show up. I got excited in 2018 thinking this could be different. Went all on to support Potus. Started a new business and so on…. I’ve been washed complete financially. Saying slowly, watched my dad die with zero ability to help. This whole situation is toxic.
Telling people to not take the vaxx is one thing, not having an outlet or resources for us is another. It’s ok to watch from the side, but when you’re actually suffering greatly and many are due to this back and forth moves and counter moves BS, it’s easy to call us doomers.
Being called names like doomer, being blocked or suspended when asking real questions about moving forward with basics. Being given another rally the troops speech or told expressing real concerns is being a drag on the community….. it’s a bit shocking at times.
The dnc is going to be hated by 2024 and no matter what they must steal the election in the open. But we have pedes out here who don’t have it to buy land gold or bitcoin. Many are in blue states or cities and can’t get out
My mother has been trying to close on 2 properties for a year. Am I supposed to call her a doomer? This entire country is gummed up top to bottom. I don’t see the compassion or big tent that I thought maga was supposed to be. And I’ve been around since bill Cooper had his radio show and he was blasting Alex Jones. I find conspiracy theory folks way more understanding and big tent. At times maga seems to be morphing into the republicans we all loved to hate.

Agreed. Maga has become its own special version of a right wing echo chamber. Perhaps it's due to the big ego and emotional immaturity of many millenials?
I honestly believe that Gen X had the best of all worlds. Emerging tech, kickass music - particularly as movie soundtracks became a thing. From my experience, we were generally left to our own devices especially latchkey kids. There was a personal freedom that taught us personal RESPONSIBILITY because ACCOUNTABILITY was still a thing.
The late 80s and early 90s were when I first noticed the woke mind virus. College brochures all touting how DIVERSITY was a priority.
Hmm - Personal Computers ring a bell? The Internet? Video games (Pong says hi)? UNIX and that other crappy OS that starts with a "W"? Crypto needed those first...
Gen X was hardly lost.
