Whether they use that as their logo or not they published it prominently in their report. Why? Disney doesn't use it as their logo but they sure publish it on their products and hidden in their videos/movies. What is the difference? No one is sharing anything that is false - they published it. When Sheila Jackson Lee wore her pedo ring people noticed. Did it matter if it was her "logo" or just something she was proudly wearing?

It doesn't matter if someone thinks this is the Turd foundation's logo. What matters is they published it.
