Flipping over the tables outside was before the curtain was torn; we need to go inside the true church and root out the evil within, restore her worthiness to be His Bride. Leaving accomplishes nothing but our abandonment of His Church, distancing ourselves from what He established. I don't see how, on the face of it, this does anything but weaken us individually and collectively.
You believe there is only one true church and if I believed that I might think like you, but I do not.
If you are staying and have chosen to do so in a small rural Catholic Church so you can feel insulated from the evil that has reached to the highest levels of your religion, you are doing it wrong.
I agree, the battle must be fought in the largest congregations. Yes there is one true church. And it must be reconquered. But it has been predicted that we will all end up celebrating mass at home before The End. I really hope that time isn't coming soon.
Well,,,,, I guess since I believe there isn’t just one church that leaves room for your one church 😁
If this place didn’t exist and there wasn’t an obvious plan taking place I might be thinking we’re in end times, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I’m pretty happy about this because my life is good!
There’ lots of Christians who think we’re in end times, but there’s always lots of Christians thinking that at any time in history. Personally I don’t think the world is anywhere near as bad as it would need to be for that to happen. from my perspective if you compare how societies have been over the last couple of 1000s of years it looks to me as if we have gotten better. Just imagine what it was like to live in Medieval times and how ppl treated each other, it was BRUTAL! If it didn’t happen then I can’t imagine it will happen now. I think a lot folks want Christ to come due to their own personal experiences, but what seems to be lacking there is a nice dose of comparative perspective.
I’m thinking the correction we’re going through right now is, in fact, God acting. God wants us to chose him freely, but with the way things were going and the amount of manipulation placed on us it had become much more difficult to make that decision without a ton of highly complex deceptions placed on us, this is why we see many good hearted ppl backing some really dark concepts. Technology has gotten to a point where it has become easy to manipulate ppl through complex psychological operations “social engineering” by some very evil ppl. I think the acting we see by God right now is Him evening the playing field and getting us back to a place where free will has the opportunity to exist in a way where ppl can decide to chose Him or not without having their minds severely messed with at the same time.
*If you are hypnotized into believing something did you really chose that with your own free will?
The way I see it is as a follower of Christ you have two choices, flip over the temple tables or leave. Anything other than that makes you complicit.

Ah,,, I see our great divide.
