Power plate--I believe it is a whole body vibration machine of some sort. It moves your lymphatic system and helps you with detoxing. If you can't afford one/get access to one, just exercise daily--running, swimming, even bouncing on a ab exercise ball for 20 minutes per day will get your whole lymph system moving. Stay well-hydrated. Try to drink at least a gallon per day.
