100% bullshit. Trying to gain support from trauma and abuse victims. This is where CPTSD comes from - trauma. She did something completely retarded and suffered the consequences in her career and her health. You don't get CPTSD or PTSD from your own actions that weren't done in a life or death situation - that's the only way you can give yourself PTSD.
