Riot police attracts bullies & sadistic subhumans for the same reason schools & churches attract pedos.

What better way to beat up people with no accountability than to join the 'riot police'?

What better way to find potential grooming targets than to join a place that is full of children?

For sure. Any good cops have been purged or quit in protest. The replacements are self selecting and tyranny attracts psychopaths like moths to a flame. You soon end up with an army of jack booted thugs that simply cant wait to put baton to head.
