Fox News was in on this from the beginning so this is a better turnout than them throwing the case--thus giving Dominion leverage to hunt patriots reporting on them. I was very concerned they would accept full liability for a token amount, say $10 million.
There was always going to be an issue with rubbushing a particular company because there is a maze of companies involved and it is not just the machines. There is also the software to be considered and that will not be all from one provider. Then there is the installation, commissioning and running of the machines.
If you do not level precisely the right charge at exactly the right company then there will always be a way to wriggle out of any accusation.
This is from Wikipedia and provides an insight to the complexity involved:
<In May 2010, Dominion acquired Premier Election Solutions (formerly Diebold Election Systems, Inc.) from Election Systems & Software (ES&S). ES&S had just acquired Premier from Diebold and was required to sell off Premier by the United States Department of Justice over anti-trust concerns. In June 2010, Dominion acquired Sequoia Voting Systems.
In 2018, Dominion was acquired by its management and Staple Street Capital, a private equity firm.>
This is Truth Hammers summary:
Fox/Dominion Settlement
A deep state narrative rigging org did a $787M wealth transfer to a deep state election rigging org, while also appearing to help boost the legitimacy of current elections 1.5 years before the 2024 election cycle... thus giving all parties invested in the system "ammo" to use in claiming election fraud has been debunked and also giving all news orgs fresh reason to ban talking about it?
Milked it for all it was worth.

DS was never going to let discovery happen here. Fox is DS, Dominion is Deep State - the money is Deep States. Next chess move!
It was about to go to trial, doesn't that mean discovery is over?
Shut it down just like that
