Well no, I never wondered why, it's a very logical decision. I've spent time in PA, mostly lovely country, but the cities!! Gaaahhh! I wouldn't live in Philly for the largest income in the country.

That is correct. Pennsylvania is a solid Red rural state whose politics are completely controlled by the far-left political machine that dominates Filthadelphia and Shittsburgh.
