As someone (u/Frumpton) points out, this is not an official SCOTUS blog, but rather is an independent blog unaffiliated with SCOTUS.

Tom Goldstein and Amy Howe, husband and wife, founded the blog in 2002.

Accordingly, this really seems like a non-event. Although the "without bias" label seems kinda kekable.....

Also, considering this is a blog unaffiliated with SCOTUS, doesn't really seem too stickworthy, if you ask me.

Agreed. This is not the official SCOTUS voice, and even if it was, it would probably be managed by a lefty intern, so screw them.
