It's ironic that the same people who wanted to treat the RoeVWade ruling - something the SC pulled out of their collective legal ass - as unassailable gospel for half a century, suddenly wants the SC to be subject to legislative oversight.
Now that the conservatives have a 5-4 advantage, the media and democrats are suddenly concerned about the Court's power and want oversight. As predictable as it is pathetic.
Heh, I see what the WHs are doing. If you read those comments this is the second topic in a week that conservatives and liberals agree on (thought most of both havent figured it out yet). The first was the right and left are both happy that fox is going down in flames after Tucker leaving.
The Woke and the Awakened are starting to agree on things.....scary times indeed.
Should've removed the "must." And added "The attachment, which has been publically available for some time, addresses the issue adequately. Please circulate it among committee members and have the committee study it."

Nobody knows how anything works.

I would have really liked for him to have used the salutation "Dear Dick" instead of Mr. Chairman.
Oversight ?
