Natural immunity is the way to go. If you are in good health now you may very well make it to 120 years if you stay away from doctors and hospitals. And get all the seed oils out of your diet if you have not already. Natural butter and animal fats will take numerous years of fatty acid damage (from canola oil and other cooking oils) off your body.
I think I have undone 20 years of damage as all the fatty acid accumulated got purged from my body when I switched to butter and natural animal fats 2 years ago.
Note one error. He means "melanin", not "melatonin" when discussing the sunning aspect
Clif has presented pieces of this information previously, but he recently put it all together into a somewhat comprehensive yet understandable explanation. My own fact-checking of Clif is that he's pretty much spot on on 95% of what he says and most can be verified via medical research papers, especially the health benefits of Chaga mushrooms. That one is 100% and possibly even a bit underemphasized by Clif. Chaga mushrooms and ivermectin might be connected in some way.

Could you say more about this switch? Or point me in the right direction to learn more? Thanks in advance.
Here is a very good summary on it from Clif High called "True Fat": https://clifhigh.substack.com/p/true-fat#details
