It's an armored vehicle. Do you expect Trump to ride in a Honda Civic? Yes, it is beastly, but even if he was a former POTUS, he could have one of these. This proves nothing, other than the fact he isn't stupid.

I can think of many reasons to believe he is still POTUS in one form or another, but nothing here is slam dunk evidence.
