5G is qualitatively different from 4G. It uses phased antenna arrays to create narrow beams towards devices it connects to rather than a more general field.
It's in the specs and it is the reason one 5G mast can connect to many devices at once. Presumably it re-uses frequency channels in different directions.

Narrow beams means higher exposure if you are in the way!
I continue to be unimpressed. (1) Show me the proven signal intensity level at which deleterious effects occur, and the mechanism for their occurrence. (2) Show me the measured intensity level at the person's residence. (3) Show that the measured level is at or exceeds a safe exposure level.
This is all by the numbers---and nobody talks about numbers.
If the "victim" is not a user, and the 5G only forms a beam toward a user, how is it that she would be exposed to anything?
Was she the only one within 60 meters of the 5G base station? It seems to me like they should be knocking on doors of everyone else within 60 meters and see just how many of them are sick. This would be the easiest way to show the dangers of 5G.
They do like to build these towers near schools, especially kindergardens
It is difficult to determine the exact power output from cellular towers. The only difinitive limitation is an FCC regulation that limits urban cell towers to 100 watts of radiated power and rural towers to 500 watts. This is not an overwhelming amount of power. The decrease in EM field strength is inversely proportional to the distance squared. This means that the signal is reduced in field strength in a reducing logarithmic curve. Distance decreases field strength very dramatically. Your receiver sensitivity in your cell phone can exceed a 10dB SINAD at levels below -120dBm. This is an extraordinarily small amount of power. It is so small, we don't even use watts anymore at this power level, we use microvolts and fractions of microvolts. A 100 watt tower is +50dBm, by standing 100 feet away, the power level has decreased by approx 68dB. This equates to -18dBm, which is approx. 16 microwatts. -18dbm is a massive amount of power to a cell receiver, so for your device, the cell tower dynamically lowers the power that it is aiming toward your device via beamforming technology. This reduces the power required by the tower and thus reduces the cost of running the tower. The most significant power you are actually being exposed to is the Transmit power from your cell phone to the tower. The signal coming from the tower is virtually insignificant. I believe (but am not positive) that commercial cell phones are limited to 1 watt of transit power (+30dBm), however this power output only occurs if you are having difficulty communicating with a tower. If it vmcan do it with less power, it dynamically adjusts down to minimize the power your transmitter is using and increases your battery life. At this power level, you aren't capable of causing harm to a human being. The frequencies are far too low to be ionizing radiation, which is required to cause damage to cellular DNA bonds. This threshold is demarked at the frequency of UV light, which starts its frequency range at 1 Petahertz, that is 10 to the 15th power. Since 5G cannot even get close to 100Gigahertz or 10 billion hertz (10 to the 9th power).
With a high enough power level and a close enough distance, we can cook a human being (if you are into that sort of thing), but you aren't going to give them cancer.
Every body is different, so while it is unlikely someone else doesn’t have symptoms, they might not be the same symptoms. Everyone is unique.
Which is how they get away with the damaging vaccines. If it affected everyone or even the same way, it would be obvious to most. But it tends to have diverse effects.
Paywall.

Still vague. Milliwatts/meter2 outside a window? But what was it inside the window? What is the threshold for effects? If 5G is a beam-forming system, why is this person receiving any signal power? Something being "exponentially" larger than something else is glitter-speak, not anything technically meaningful.
But there are legitimate questions. Distinct differences in discomfort when shifting rooms. Puzzling radiation in the bathroom (how did it get there?). Symptoms of the dog. I think screening material as an applique of wire grid with 2-millimeter spacing would probably block the radiation. Might be better to provide a solution than fight uphill.
Perhaps they have a 5G IOT connected device sitting in their house and they spend time in the beam. Maybe they are walking round with a 5G phone in their pocket and listening to podcasts. Beamforming would stretch out the inverse square law some. I heard you can shine a coherent laser onto the moon and detect it's reflection if it properly collimated.
Beamforming doesn't really "stretch out" the inverse square law; it still prevails in the far field. In the near field, the beam is closer to the area of the antenna. Optical systems have smaller beamspread because of smaller wavelength.
I thought of an angle on this. It may be there is no particular problem with the carrier wave. But the wave is modulated in digital bursts. I began to wonder if this results in the same effect as amplitude modulation on a carrier wave. Basically, the resulting waveform is the carrier plus the modulation. If something similar is going on with the digital signal, it could be "as though" a second waveform is superposed on the carrier. The victims could be responding to that second waveform, which would be at a much lower frequency than the carrier. (This is the point where a radio communications engineer should comment.)
