"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated"
Our privacy is explicitly protected in the Constitution in all ways against searches and seizure; the governments collecting this data combined with our IP address is both of those things.
The only thing it doesn't protect is by those deemed "unreasonable", such as when you actually commit a crime.
And if you think VPNs make your data completely unavailable to governments, you have absolutely no reason to even enter the conversation to begin with as it's just another layer of security; almost every public facing VPN complies with governments.
Additionally, your "mail man" is a funny and actually retarded thing to conflate as this concerns usage within your own home, which is distinctly inviolable by the mail man. They can only deliver mail, they can't take it or spread or compile that information.
Why you want to make it easier for governments I don't know, but I can unreservedly say that you are either mentally handicapped or totally naive as to the power that grants them -- power not given to them by the Constitution.
The dystopian path that leads us down gives a tyrannical government exactly what they want: More freedom to Big Brother its citizens.
The internet is not in your personal house, it's a public space. Your car can be stopped and searched if there is a suspicion of wrong doing. People can record what you're doing when you're in a public space.
Giving the government power is fine as long as it's the white hats who are in control.

Oh boy.... This is the slogan of every single wanna-be or real dictator who ever came to power. Every single one. Not one single megalomaniac serial murdering dictator ever came to power saying "give me the power because I'm going to use it to kill you all". It's was ALWAYS "give me the power, because I'm a white hat".
Every single time.
Fren, you are exceedingly naive.
If you want to take the internet analogy seriously, you have to understand this: There are places on in the internet that restrict who can enter and use them. They are called private websites. Subscription websites (eg. news organizations), business websites, public govt websites, etc.
Your car can be stopped and searched if there is a suspicion of wrong doing.
No, that's not true. It most jurisdictions, it will have to be "reasonable suspicion". And until that reasonable suspicion exists, the police or authorities have NO RIGHT to search, query or question you.
People can record what you're doing when you're in a public space.
But people are also liable for what they do to you in a public space. A person who can record a minor, for example, using their phone, and then post that footage, etc on the internet is liable for the results. They do NOT have the right to walk up to that child, to demand information on who the child is, what they are doing, etc. And, if they take footage without permission, they become liable for the results.
Fren, you really have no idea what is going on. You need to rethink through this.

Isn't this what President Trump basically said though? We know there was fraud in the 2020 election, but when it came to the courts, President Trumps lawyers couldn't produce proof, but they still asked for the invalidation of millions of ballots (only for the presidential vote). I was OK with it because I believe in a man who sacrificed so much for the country he loves. We know President Trump will take care of us if he's able to attain power and win against the DS.
I have a number of issues with the viewpoint your presenting here.
Firstly, no, as far as I know, courts did NOT hear the cases or even look at the evidence. So there is no possibility that DJT's lawyers "couldn't produce proof". Never got to that stage.
Secondly, I believe that no reasonable person could accept the proposition that it would be OK to incorrectly or unlawfully invalidate any votes, let alone millions, just because the guy who lost 'deserved to win'.
Thirdly, the idea that DJT "will take care of us if he's able...." is deeply flawed, in my opinion. The entire situation of infiltration and corruption not only in the US but all around the world became possible because of the large number of people who were wanted, or accepted the idea that, someone in authority can, will or is "looking after us".
That attitude is a fundamental abrogation of responsibility that EACH person has in a society or world where self-governance is the standard.
Self-governance lies at the bedrock of any representative elected government system, aka republic or democracy, and thus these systems REQUIRE you and me and each citizen or member of that society to take responsibility both for ourselves as individuals, and for our community and society as a whole. Not hand it over and ask someone else to take care of us.
When DJT says "They are after you; I'm just standing in the way" what does that mean? it means the target is you (aka you and I). Why? Because we are the true owners. Ultimately, a president or any member of government is in the servants position, and if the owners fail to take responsibility in their position above and over the servant, then they are sowing the seeds for the very situation we face today.
What have we got, sir? Ben Franklin: A republic, if you can keep it."
he didn't say "if the president can keep it" or "if the government can keep it". He said "you". Which is the citizen, aka We the People.
On that note, you have to realize that you have an important role in the defeat of the DS. No one, even Trump, can win against the deep state unless enough people wake up and TAKE responsibility for the situation, by getting involved, finding the truth, helping to wake others, and working hard to wake ourselves up and growing up enough to take personal responsibility in our own lives and the lives of our community.
At this juncture, if you are trolling me, well, congrats to you. But having read your comments here, I conclude either you are trolling us, or possibly you are simply a young and immature person, either in your teens, maybe twenties. If you are older than that, then you've got a lot of growing up to do.
There is no sin in being immature, but being immature also makes us more vulnerable to evil forces.
In any case, I encourage you to talk more, most your ideas more, and then use the feedback. We only grow through engagement.
