THE FEAR IS ALWAYS OF SOMETHING INVISIBLE

Global warming, global cooling, climate change, natural gas, Russian collusion, insurrection, cow farts, Russian hegemony over Ukraine (you ain't there; so you can't see it), pandemic, viruses, xenophobia, racism, loss of our democraceh, muh white supremaceh, etc., etc.

If you can't SEE it, then THEY can control your MENTAL IMAGE of it and use FEAR of it to manipulate you psychologically
