Divine intervention for sure. The perps pulled the trigger 3 times, none of the rounds went off, but each of the unfired rounds managed to eject???

And yeah, totally sounds like a gang hit to me.

Simply means the perp racked the slide and ejected a round each time it misfired. I'm surprised he knew enough about guns to rack the slide. These people aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer, especially when it comes to firearms.
