You understand a larger portion of your taxes will be going to welfare to support these single mother households.
By an large, most of these women have baby daddy problems and not the ideal type of parent. Some have drug problems and/or worse. The majority of them are trainwrecks in society. Again this varies by state, but I'd be willing to wager North Carolina has a lot of trainwrecks that can barely take care of themselves.
It's a feel good story to save a fetus and out pops a baby. What about the next 18+ years of its life? We don't talk about that enough. If baby is from a single parent household there's a high probability of crime in its future. And don't tell me the Churches will help cover millions of these kiddos. That's a tall task and hasn't really been a thing since the 40s-50s. Most of the women requesting these abortions are not the Christian type.
Also if this bill bans abortions after 12 weeks, are there exceptions? What about a woman who was raped and doesn't want the child? Is she unable to terminate via abortion at 13 weeks? Please tell me there are exceptions written into the bill. A women who has been raped should NOT be forced to have the baby.
It's not about money, it's about the taking of a defenseless life. In my humble opinion, the first heartbeat should be the absolute earliest point.
With regard to exceptions and post-first trimester, could I ask: with the possible exception of harm to the mother, why does the child need to develop for more than three months if it was the product of rape or incest? Why wait 91 days after conception to decide to kill it?
And with regard to the "who will take care of it" point, I'd ask this: how many people out there want to conceive but can't? How many wait to adopt only to find themselves on a waitlist? There seem to be plenty of people wanting children; there's no need to slaughter so many of God's creations in the misguided notion that nobody wants them.
Okay i used deserve as you used afforded. My argument basically is. Being born in a poor family doesn't mean abortion is the solution. They should be able to decide for themselves if they want to live or not
They are free to put these children up for adoption by the millions of infertile couples who cannot have a child. Two wrongs don't make a 'right' -EVER!

And why does everyone want to kill the poor? Dont theh deserve to live like the rest of us?
Deserve? Not necessarily. Deserving something implies entitlement.
They should be afforded opportunities and a chance to learn new skills and improve themselves to work.
It is far better to offer education than cash.

Abortion is murder. A society which condones it has no morals.

Adoption is an option. I know bc I adopted my own child.
