You got this 100% correct. My right leaning normie friends even say so. They DON'T care to pay attention to the news or politics as they are more comfortable with their head in the sand.

Personally I was terrified the day oBiden was inaugurated, and I knew the long term consequences. My friends really didn't flinch one bit.
