I thought you were wrong, but I cleared my cache and I see it was taken down by Kennedy and by the "LeadingReport" poster but I see a similar post by LeadingReport here with the word "possible" prosecution added.. https://twitter.com/LeadingReport/status/1658898236583682073 I don't know the reliability of "leadingreport" but has some trustworthy followers.
