I haven't had a flashing zig zag arc in awhile, I just will get pulsating headaches.

The salt/potassium balance is something I've lately not been keeping up with. Usually when I can find it, I get Lo-Salt (look at ingredients and make sure theres no Sodium Hexacyanoferrate whatever tf that is)
