The consensus was that dogs are comms for handlers.
I know like handlers kill the dogs? Or dog need to be put down. Ol yeller style?
When it comes to optics, I am not sure what the exact mechanism is. Do you actually kill the dog, or do they just spread the news? Does the dog even exist?
I am starting to think the dog is also a character.
Just saw a dog pause and don’t to want, look like having something want to express and the male owner pulled it to walk and hit on the back …
I was unable to respond or react, there was another pedestrian speak up and owner said mind his business and walk away…
What’s the best way if I see sthg similar next time ? Do police take the pet away from owner like they did for kid w bad parents?
Sounds like a "help me" moment. Report to SPCA I think is all you can do unless you see him doing worse -- then bring in the cops and hope you're not in a libtard stronghold where they are benign figureheads.
Not worst, just that back slap and verbal abuse … but who know what he did at home … coz it is tiny type of dog but bigger (medium) type
Yeah, I was thinking that too fren
I just thought everyone treat their pet as their own kid or friends. I never own pet.
