IDK, of course, It's just a photo I found on twitter by people who don't like Trump or RFK. IDK where they got it from, it could even be a photoshop job. It doesn't look like one but try to convince the normies that it is so that their plan works out as planned

Didn't Trump say he would cure cancer in his 2nd term? Or that he could cure cancer and the Ds would still find a way to shit on him for it? Something to that effect.

I can't remember who I heard say it, but they had a good line about this topic. They said: President Trump could find the cure to cancer and all the D's would do is blame him for all the doctors he put out of work!
