I have noticed that He has a way of exposing people by bringing them up front and just letting them do their thing. It is really uncanny the way he does it over and over again.
The Art of War... pretend to be weak when you are strong.
He pretends to be Self Centered and arrogant (a weakness). The media just eats that up because they really believe it. The people he puts in the limelight buy what the media is selling. They expose themselves just by being themselves. They are really stupid.
This is war and he is playing his part. Bottom line is this. A self Centered, arrogant person could not do what President Trump is doing. Their personality would get in the way. Only a humble person (strength) could take what he is taken and still keep going. We are watching a master at "The Art of War"
honest question -- how can you tell someone is pretending to be self-centered and arrogant, and not just legitimately self-centered and arrogant?
My response? Ask who ultimately benefits. Does Trump ultimately benefit from this or do the people ultimately benefit? Seems to me Trump is persecuted and ridiculed for arrogance such that other likable or electable (a selection criterion I do not like) "candidates" must be found and brought forth. But when the final analysis of who would be best suited to lead, they all fall short.
(Criterion is the singular form. Criteria is plural.)
Simple, look at the results. Example, How do we know J6 was a setup. The results speak for themselves. Each state was calling out objections about the election as allowed by law.
That was cut off because of the "emergency". Debate was blocked as planned. The vote just forced through while they were "hiding for their lives".
President Trump would not be able to handle the crap that is tossed at him if he really was "full of himself". The very nature of someone " full of himself" will not allow it. He was putting people in place that he knew were trouble. They could not overcome their nature and did exactly what they normally do.
Short form- what they do when the cameras are not there.
Pretty simple in this case- testimony from those close to him, his right-hand people on major projects. They've talked about his charitable and generous acts for many years, noting that he never looked for camera opportunities from them; he just did them. Jobs to worthy people, checks to nice people who fell on hard times, made connections for people who wanted to work and just needed a chance. He never brags about personal things although he could. The folks who work for him or who have served him around the world take about how he respects then and their jobs.
Compare that to what service people have to say about actual disgusting arrogant people like the Clintons, Obamas, or various celebrities who try to act like they are nice people but treat others like dirt, endless list.
Self protection, everyone has their own ways of expressing that …
Do they admit to mistakes? If not, they are not pretending.
