This is more or less my theory from over a year ago, except I had the Agrawal guy who took over after Jack being the CEO all along.

Nonetheless, it clearly was a team effort between those involved.

It was her, she was getting paid way too much to just be the lawyer she was getting practically CEO pay. Agrawal was just to be the new face while she stayed in the background.
