Do you think Joe needs more collagen in his diet? Watch the skin on his neck.

If you think that image you posted of Hunter proves anything about Joe Biden's teeth, then Hunter Biden isn't the only one smoking crap. JFC
Did I state that it's physically impossible to replace teeth?
Or did I state simply that nobody ever goes to the dentist and has large, ultra-white teeth replaced with ones of normal size and color? See the difference?
Maybe "seeing the difference" is hard. But this guy isn't Senator Biden, since they have different eye shapes, noses, ears, teeth, handedness, signatures, voices, etc.
No one paying close attention thinks they're the same guy any more, because the visual evidence is so overpowering and incontrovertible.
(BTW the pixie ear deformity is one that plastic surgeons routinely CORRECT after facelifts. A person of Joe Biden's "stature" would doubtless have had that correction done. Yet another clue.)
I happen to agree this isn't the same Biden as the a-hole that went after Clarence Thomas during his confirmation hearings. I personally like the "Deliverance" Biden. I'm just saying there can be a legit reason his teeth are different.
As I explained above people can and do go from bigger to smaller teeth in some dentures. What I didn't say is one side of my family has an interesting and rare hereditary dental disease (is that the right word?) that causes them to only ever have baby teeth. Eventually they break or fall out. A close relative had all the remaining baby teeth pulled in her early 20s, but didn't get the snap-in dentures. She got regular dentures. I'm fortunate - it is not on my side. I get the heart crap.
Part of that disease is the jaw bone is thin or the structure is small. The dentist told her she would need significant bone grafts to attempt implant pegs, and it is likely they would end up too big or too uncomfortable because of the extra bone they would have to graft. She just got regular dentures and they work fine. Just so you know - regular dentures fit over the gums as do snap-ons but if you have to get bone grafting done your jaw will necessarily be thicker than before (to hold the pegs) but your facial structure/skin/mouth are still the same. Maybe eventually you will get used to it but it would be difficult until you do.
I doubt Biden has that disease but he could absolutely have had a crappy dentist that didn't do his first set correctly so he either had them "shaved down" or remade. Or the pictures are 2 different people. One doesn't negate the other.
