If you had any friends or relatives that had to get the dentures like I mentioned you would know. Often the first set people get are big in their mouth and they have problems speaking or eating. Some people have to actually get a new smaller set or go to a cosmetic dentist and have them shaved down to better accommodate their mouth. It is more a quality of life thing, but I could absolutely see someone in public life doing that.
