IF you care to look at his Wiki Page...this guy has been groomed from the start of his career: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Q._Brown_Jr.

And looking at his decs, which I have, he has 130 "COMBAT" HOURS AND A BRONZE STAR...AND he made 4 star in 33 yrs...

This guy has been groomed and all assignments did NOT include ANY COMBAT except for those 130 hrs...something ain't right about this guy!!! Just sayin'!!!
