Insanity. Friend was on a jury that awarded a Mexican (legal work permit) a bunch of money because he fell off a ladder working as a maintenance man. The lawyer convinced them it was the companies responsibility to train him on how to use a ladder safely.

Really? A fucking maintenance man can’t safely work a ladder?
