It was all staged. I doubt he was really killed. He was just "moved" to a new identity and they made him a "martyr" to manipulate the masses. Convenient that she "found" the body.

Harvey Milk's cousin runs a (slush fund) foundation called the Harvey Milk Foundation. He's also gay and a speaker for the lgbt. He is good buddies with Obama and accepted an award on behalf of his uncle at the White House.
