Without glucose, you die. Half of sucrose (table sugar) is glucose with the other half being fructose which the body processes to glucose.
Apples? Oranges? Bananas? Grapes?
Fructose breaks down slower than sucrose.

Whew. We use Stevia. I just looked it up and it doesn't have Sucralose. Seems nothing is safe anymore.
