Reminds me of that night on Wilshire Blvd.... Massive operation, black hawks and little birds, hazmat suits, gunfire.... " Military drill" the media said 🤣
Ya, they would scramble for anything , when I was a kid we would get helium balloons and a roll of tin foil, and watch the excitement. BTW Sonic boom can be heard very far away , any fighter pilots out there , please chime in.
sure... but in the article they call it a 'military drill' and then proceed to talk about the same event as if it were a real emergency. i dunno, it all seems weird
Typically, a sonic boom can be heard within a range of about 25 to 30 miles (40 to 48 kilometers) from the aircraft causing it. However, this range can vary and may be influenced by factors such as weather conditions, terrain, and the design of the aircraft.
The sonic boom generated by the space shuttle coming into the landing strip is still the loudest single sound I have ever heard in my life. Entire house shook, you could feel it in your chest, would shake dust off the rafters.
Shuttle was big as shit and had a ton of mass, I would think it would create a much more dramatic boom than a fighter jet. Although I have no idea if size and mass has an effect on the intensity and travel of the boom.
That shit was incredibly loud. Seemed like the entire state should have heard it.
I was there the first time it landed. Huge crowds, lots of fun. We were NOT expecting a sonic boom, so when it happened everyone freaked🤣 Most of us had never heard one before!
The Concorde jet was shaped like a bent needle and did Mach 2. The SR71 Black bird was a straight needle with no decals and did Mach 3. The "Space" Shuttle was a Lego that supposedly did Mach 17 or something crazy but I don't recall it ever making a sonic boom at all. Seems like that blunt shape and unbelievable speed would really make a big boom. It is possible, the authorities are lying again. Sonic boom is the easiest explanation and why could be some maverick hit the gas.
a fighter scrambled because of a private jet crash? a sonic boom that shook houses and was heard across 3 states? i'm just not seeing it

could dorsey and musk be talking about some big tech going down?
I was just about to ask if y'all had noticed Jack piping up lately in Elon's threads/tweets? What's up with that?

Another thing , the jets could have scrambled from almost any base, this covering 3 states with sonic boom.
