Not a planefag, but here is what I found on adsbex. Hit the close button, for what appears to be a nonexistent ad, over on the right, on the map screen and you can zoom in and see the downward spiral at the end.
If you close the history, on the left, you should see the plane's info. It certainly wasn't a new plane, circa 1990, so it's 33(!) years old.
I’d like a planefag to post the flight path, cuz it sounds like it made a U turn and then a 180.
