Theoretically, once you have full allodial title and pull it away from the county (or city), they have no legal authority to collect property taxes if you do not consent to it. This is why I am doing it with a vacant lot AND I'm buying it from my LLC with silver (Constitutional Money) to cover all potential challenges.
I will also try to force the county to sign a "Quit Claim" to have a record that they have given up all claims that would allow them to even remotely argue I owe taxes and attempt to seize. You are dealing with a criminal syndicate in every state (unconstitutional corporations) so be careful with this. They do not care about following the Common/Land Law, so make sure you have all your paperwork in order, and continue to pay property taxes until everything is in place.
I am even preparing a Federal lawsuit to force dissolution of the county corporation and seizure of all their assets in case they mess with me (per violation of right to property and Article IV, Section 4 guarantee of Republican form of gov't, NOT Corporate Form of gov't).
You sound like a well educated person within these matters. I've listened to the few speakers that touch on common law, Constitutional law etc BUT nothing is ever laid out as A-Z how to do it. I suppose each county has their own layers of bullshit.
I'm very interested in what your talking about. I love the idea of living actually with freedom and liberty. I watched my parents clutch their nickels worried sick about taxes every damn year, it's robbery and we dumped tea in a harbor for less.
Kudos to you Anon!! Please stay vocal, wins and losses, we can all learn together.
After reading the Land Patent. Does this also need to be done to place land in heirs’ name (aka kids name) or can it be passed to them free and clear once this is file?
Unknown yet. I probably need to finish reading the book. But very good question. I recommend looking into putting property into a Trust once you have full title. This is what the elites have been doing to make their assets untouchable and avoid inheritance taxes. Note that you can setup the Trust ahead of time and have it ready to receive assets.
People have been wondering "how can the elites afford the property taxes on such expensive properties?" ANSWER: They are NOT paying property taxes. They are are getting allodial title and then putting the assets into untouchable Trusts which then hold the FULL TITLE and pay no property taxes.
Yes and make sure you enter all assets into the trust such as bank accounts etc. When my Dad passed his real estate was in trust for us but nothing else was. It was a really screwy deal as for some reason my name had been removed from his checking account but remained on the savings account.
Luckily he didn't have a lot of money in either. We had no way to get to the checking account except for legal and the amount wasn't worth the trouble.

I am both using the above archive link for immediate need AND purchasing books.
Going through this process now with a small piece of vacant land to work out the process prior to applying it to a more expensive piece of land.
Once done, are you still on the hook for yearly taxes?

Keep us updated. I'm optimistic, but I also know that our "benevolent" overlords rarely let the little guy reap the rewards of the elites.
