Any non keto inflammatory recommendations? I have pretty severe restless legs that I attribute to inflammation. Leaving the works is ibuprofen, but the problem is you develop such an intolerance that it becomes unhealthy. I've tried tart cherry juice, turmeric, circumin, inflammation diet, ice baths, infrared sauna, sauna, hot yoga, all that and still no luck. Anything else I should try?
When I first started looking into Quinine instead of Hydroxycocloroquine to help with potential Covid stuff, I found most of the time at that point it was used to treat restless leg syndrome & also my immigrant friends told me Quinine was a common anti worm medicine in their home countries.
I take it myself
Good to know. I would hate to not mention it if you had never been aware of that.
Continue the above except for ibuprofen (avoid it like the plague). I would trade cherry juice for cherries or cherry extract and black pepper (or its extract) to the curcumin/turmeric intake (or use a supplement—always without fillers—that contains both) and also add various berries and green tea (or its extract). Absolutely would do intermittent fasting with periods or prolonged fasting. Busy atm and I’ll post more later later bud.
Edit:
What are your underlying conditions? Do you seriously exercise (at least 30 min 3x/week of intense strength training and/or HIIT)?

“A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials”
[^^^ this is the highest quality type of study]
“Conclusion
Iron supplementation is associated with improvement of the IRLSS score. Our meta-analysis supports the use of iron, oral or IV, as effective therapy for patients with RLS.“
I do Brazilian jiu-jitsu five days a week, run once a week, and condition 3 days. So multiple days at 2 a day workouts.
What happens is when I'm falling asleep, almost as soon as a dream starts to happen, It's like my body becomes super sensitive and any little twitch or scratch causes me to kick or flail and wake up. It'll happen every couple minutes (Because I'm falling asleep every couple minutes) and will last for hours.
Ibuprofen, deep stretching, spring water, the supplements I listed above, and doTERRA have helped. But it's not consistently helping. I've been experiencing issues for over 10 years.
ive gone to doctor's and sleep clinics and Olympic sport treatment acupuncturists and no help.
I'd lay off that ibuprofen and switch to a black pepper and turmeric pill for inflammation
Back in my fighting days I would wake up violently frequently. Scared the tar out of fellow tenant that thought it was funny to wake up the new guys dressed in his (admittedly phenomenal) Batmat costume.
He stopped doing it after he woke me up. To be fair, it was pretty hilarious & done in good spirit. He had just never had met someone who woke up swinging.
Edit, do you happen to have low levels of magnesium? It works wonders for many of my friends & only helps me a little. The slowed down lifestyle, amazing wife & melatonin helped most with my light sleep.
Ibuprofen will burn holes in your guts
Drink a lot of water. Maybe is the problem.
