Why do so many think they need to use the F word to get a point across? His mouth detracts from the poignancy of the statement. I am sick of hearing it in the movies, in speeches, magazine articles and books.
And the guy is speaking Army Creole for those of you that do not know it. Army Creole, according to author Tom Wolfe, is a "language in which there were about ten nouns, five verbs, and one adjective." In the book,"The Right Stuff" the word "f*ck" is used for all of these.
People are fed up. It’s passion. I’m past the point of judging people on their language but the context of what they say is what really matters. This is war. No time to judge speech.
I used to say that word in every single sentence unless I was at work. This was back when I was an agnostic.
Overnight, I quit using the word for a very long time when I converted to Christianity. Caught myself saying it again (but not nearly as often) thanks to the influences from the 4chan/8chan crowd.
