I did not think of those explicit comms, but your line of thinking easily could be whats going on. I was more so thinking it is further military comms like on inauguration day and that having the vertical flags backwards could signal the fraudulent admin or something of the like. Kind of like an upside down flag but vertical so as to not be noticable to normies but send a message around the world to those who KNOW flag etiquette
