Yea this definitely hit its mark. I95 is a major vein through the east coast and that it happened in Philly is about as bad as it could be considering the alternate routes are horrendous
Not that this is an alternative route but let me take a moment to shit on 76 as being the worst 4 lane highway that’s ever existed
