You are probably right, even if it goes to the Senate, the Dems will never vote to convict and the RINOs will just make excuses for not voting to convict.

No, that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying that the 25th amendment has already been invoked on Joe Biden. Joe has already been 25th'd.

Biden's cabinet has to be the body that implements the 25th Amendment. They ain't doing it.
