I think this whole thing may just be to get us all to "look here" and try to understand the details about how the fines work; when, if ever, they can be issued, etc.
We see from the state level legislature fights that the House does have some recourse to throw out elected members and discipline them. And it's become increasingly common to use such techniques.
I continue to believe Massie is a good apple. And keep in mind the deep state play here may be to remove Schiff from the Senate race now that he's about to become toxic.
I think white hats want Schiff front and center in the Senate, where all of CA can see him very clearly.
HIGH IQ COMMENT. Thank you!!!
I agree with this. I believe that Lunas resolution was sabotaged with the fine. Read the 8th and 27th Amendments. The 16 million dollar fine violates both.
Massie is currently in litigation over his own fines imposed by Pelosi for not wearing a mask. He has a libertarian bent. I support Massies reasons for his no vote even though the results of the resolution are very desirable. The other 19? Who knows without an explanation. Its probably a mixture of standing strong for their values and cronyism.
