"Tobias Ulbrich, a lawyer at Rogert & Ulbrich, told Reuters he aimed to challenge in court the assessment made by European Union regulators and German vaccine assessment bodies that the BioNTech shot has a positive risk-benefit profile.
German pharmaceutical law states that makers of drugs or vaccines are only liable to pay damages for side-effects if "medical science" shows that their products cause disproportionate harm relative to their benefits or if the label information is wrong."
Hmm so if it does more harm than good, the case is won. It'll be fascinating to see what they choose to present.
Negative efficacy and shitloads of side effects. Probably the most lopsided risk profile I can think of. Many "hard drugs" have a better benefit to risk than the clot shot.

It will be interesting to see. Very often, once the first lawsuit is filed then others are encouraged to file. Not sure if other countries have Class Action Lawsuits? Law fags needed to answer that question.
I suspect some of these corporations are set up to be sacrificial lambs for the obvious litigation that had to be anticipated. Hundreds of biotech companies have been bought up over the years, burn one to the ground and move operations to another. Pay out billions and profit hundreds of billions.

Am I the only one that thinks this is pointless? I'm only assuming that "payment" does not involve the payment of their own lives through executions for their crimes against humanity worldwide. We all know well and good the transfer of wealth that has occurred during the scamdemic. These parasites can well afford to "pay damages", it's just short change for them.
In below comment I vastly understated the penalty/profit numbers.

Exactly right! The billions Pfizer has already had to pay out is not punitive when weighed against the profits. Payout of 2.5 billion to make 26 billion is the cost of doing business.
