Basically, when you download Audacity, there is a marker left below, that indicates the HZ.
You can then change it via CRL-A + effects from 44100 to 432 (1818 pitch change) plus tick box with strechting.
In terms of effect, I noticed more ease and relaxation while listening to music altered that way.

I bought myself a new laptop a couple of weeks ago. I had the seller listen to both versions. He was instantly hooked on 432.
I am going to try it with my own voice after finishing the reading out loud of a couple of blogs.
