I am posting this because I think they are HUGE and because in an hour I will forget what I thought was HUGE and why I thought it.
CLASSIFIED information. I think he is telling us without telling us that it's best to leave the really bad treason and collusion with foreign government to military tribunals. Why do I think this? Because when asked on numerous occasions why he didn't prosecute Hillary, Obama, Comey, etc., he referred in a roundabout way to classified information. Later on, he says that sometimes even if there is evidence of a crime, the evidence might come from classified information that is "never going to see the light of day" in a criminal prosecution. I would expect that's because the information was obtained pursuant to surveillance that passes muster for a military prosecution but not a criminal prosecution, because if you are committing treason you are an enemy combatant and do not have 4th amendment search and seizure protection. Maybe someone here who knows more about criminal law than I do could answer that question. But the whole point of FISA is that they can surveil without a regular warrant because of national security concerns.
He thinks Mueller is a Patriot. This should reignite the Mueller WH/BH discussion LOL.
Durham just explained why he brought the low level cases for prosecution: It was the only way he could subpoena all the players he needed testimony from who refused to be interviewed voluntarily. It was more about gathering evidence of the crimes not about prosecuting them… not yet. This is all on the record now. This was the sting. How do you trap a dangerous animal? This is why they are attacking the messenger and not the message.
To further discussion on why they were not prosecuted... could it be this subject Lindsay Graham brought up for no apparent reason?

Quite possibly! Great point!!! (Military is the only way!?!)
FISA = start. Even moar proof of what Q means by military is the only way as these crimes are treasonous, not something civil courts do.
Wheels of justice grind slowly, but we're seeing peeks of what's to come along the way.
We'll know when we're close due to suicide weekend
Exactly what I suggested on here yesterday.......Can't have the civil authorities tying up people who SHOULD BE TRIED IN A MILITARY TRIBUNAL which by the way does NOT have a two tiered justice system like our present civilian courts do now.
Military Tribunals wouldn't apply to almost all federal crimes which would be held in federal court.
The Universal Code of Military Justice is very explicit about who can be tried under a military tribunal. It's laid out here https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/10/802
When you work with a foreign country to attack your own country that is considered treason. Is that still a federal crime and can't be processed by MIL?
I think Kavanaugh knows the law very well.
I think treason is both a federal and military crime, but the Universal Code of Military Justice says except in a tiny sliver of exceptions like being caught on a battlefield with Al Qaeda, military justice can't apply. It's illegal. Also the military can't be involved in law enforcement in the US due to the Posse Comitatus Act.

Also treason in the general sense of betrayal of country is not the legal crime of treason which is very strictly defined in US law. You need a declared war. Which is why we haven't a treason conviction since WWII and the days of Toyko Rose.
She was tried in Federal Court in SF. https://www.wikiwand.com/en/Iva_Toguri#Treason_trial
