Agreed.

This speech could have been given in Germany in 1938.

Putin is facing the same problem today.

The big question to me is: Why did Wagner leader go so extreme in stating he would destroy everything in his path on his way to Moscow?

Nobody takes the action he is taking unless they think they have an ace up their sleeve.
