I've been taking IVM prophylactically (Dr Z's protocol) since it cured my case of covid back in 2021. Last month, due to this malaria nonsense they're pushing, I also started taking HCQ. (I'm in a deep blue "sanctuary city" with a shit ton of illegals. Who knows what crappy third-world diseases they're spreading.)
On that list, my preference is ReynoldMeds. After test orders from a number of places early on, I settled on Reynold because of his terrific customer service. Also, he loves America and hates BiteMe. That alone sold me on him. :-)
You hit the nail on the head fren. I think this uptick in malaria cases have less to do with GMO mosquitos versus the huge numbers of illegals flooding into the country from areas prone to malaria - like Panama. When these malaria infected people come into the US and are bitten by a mosquito, that infected mosquito then goes on to bite someone else passing the parasite on to the next person. That is how the malaria cycle spreads and why it is so difficult to irradiate. Everywhere the Gates project has been released, it backfires and over time actually increases the mosquito population - but now those mosquitos are super mosquitos that are even harder to control. Therefore, my money is on the illegal problem causing this. I have no doubt that there are all kinds of diseases and parasites being brought into this country where Americans have no resistance - unlike those that have lifelong endemic exposure from their own native countries.
Recent first hand purchase data. There appears to be plenty of Ivermectin available at Tractor Supply Company. Theoretically, there is supposed to be a prescription required, but they are not enforcing as of last Saturday 6-24-23. Brand I like the best is Durvet Ivermectin (Yellow & White box with red lettering and horse image on left side of front).
I do a full tube dosage (notches on plunger are for every 50 lbf of your "horse") every 3 months to stay parasite free. I also avoid pork and shrimp to minimize chances of parasite consumption to begin with.
HCQ also works. Here's a list of where to buy both IVM and HCQ, no Rx required:

ThQ, fren!!!
