It seems to me like at least half the replies are deranged leftists mocking the tweet

Their big problem is the truck's color (it's WHITE!) and positioning within the lines on the parking lot...the mass slaughter of innocents worldwide in the name of medical science, the destruction of the nation of Canada? Meh, not so much.
