So the twitter person is wrong. You can look all you want, make faces and whatnot. Freedom of expression is constitutionally protected
Unless the DA & judge are bought and paid for by those who don't give a damn about your constitutional rights. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of those.
Sure. But that's not how it's going to be implemented. It'll be overextended to the point where someone gets thrown in prison for saying something nasty to a man in a dress, like calling him a man in a dress, goes to prison, and meanwhile has to wait for the Supreme Court to overturn his conviction.
By the time the dust settles, he'll have served his entire term, and the mere fact of that will have intimidated a large number on our side into compliance.
