Common sense in gun laws is that there should not be any gun laws.
The NFA is unconstitutional. (NFA=National Firearms Act)
I'm down with background checks for nutcases, tbh
The funny thing about nutcases that go on to kill or injure a bunch of people is that lot's of people knew about it before hand, but no one ever did anything about it. How many times have we heard that these people were on the Police radar, or on the FBI watch list. I think the typical nutjobs don't pass a background check when they try to buy firearms, the only ones that manage to get them seem to have help from our government. Seems slightly suspicious to me...🤔
Well any scrupulous gun shop owner/manager with two brain cells to rub together could prevent nutbags from purchasing guns just by being more clever than the customer. I've watched it a million times with our local gun guy....the customer has them-there crazy eyes, he/she/it isn't walking out with a boom boom stick.
