No, the rally occurred yesterday, but was indoor, even overflow.
I was talking to the person who spoke of the rally that was postponed because of tornado warnings a while back.

yes^ seems like whenever he make plans to visit this area it rains; they had to reschedule when he was in Geeenwood NE & Des Moines. we were leery about going today/the rain is really coming down so be safe!
