Oh good, a resolution to end something that was already illegal in the first place and shouldn't be happening. Do you see why nobody has any confidence in your governance or trusts you to operate ethically, morally and appropriately? For fuck's sake, these people think that causing a problem and then introducing legislative action to stop the problem they created is somehow a virtuous move.
Fuck every one of these clowns. I know that Matt Gaetz is trying to do the right thing, but the fact that this is even a thing tells you that our government is beyond repair.
This. Absolutely this!
Do we also need a “resolution” to tell us that the government cannot negotiate with big pharma with our rights to sue them over injuries.
The whole thing is absurd.
[They] always cite the Patriot Act, which was pushed through within weeks of 9/11. All 17,000+ pages of it. Completely impossible... unless planned long prior. Complete destruction of our 4th Amendment rights.
Gotta pass it to know what's in it.... a' la Piglosi w Obamacare.
