This just means that when we catch them we make sure no cops are involved. Hold our own trial with a jury of the immediate peers in the vicinity, and hang the sick fuck all in the same afternoon.

There would be no call made to any law enforcement or government agency around here.
There would be no arrests made.
There would be very few people involved.
The problem would be taken care of quickly, quietly, and permanently.
